STIMMULI is a a non-profit organisation working on projects focused on social impact envisioning to inspire future education and ignite positive change in society. To achieve our mission, we design and deliver educational and empowerment projects that cultivate changemaking attitudes, inject entrepreneurial thinking and nudge behavioural shifts for more sustainable lifestyles.
Our team brings more than 15 years of experience in the coordination, management, financial monitoring and reporting of EU funded projects. Leveraging on this experience Stimmuli designs, develops and coordinates successful and impactful research and innovation projects falling into the following categories:
Learning design and assessment. Stimmuli designs inclusive educational programmes and curriculum for equipping learners of all educational levels (from primary and secondary to higher and adult level education) with 21st century competencies (social, civic and entrepreneurial) and brings expertise in the assessment of complex educational interventions with emphasis on competence progression by adopting evaluation methodologies inspired by the realist theories and tools.
Training and capacity building. Stimmuli develops tailored made material and programmes and delivers training and capacity building activities to individuals and organisations with the aim to provide them with the required knowledge, skills and attitudes for strengthening a culture of continuous social innovation.
Social Research. Stimmuli carries out research on a variety of topics related to social innovation, education, (social) entrepreneurship and sustainable development by employing a mix of tools and approaches.

Sofia Kantsiou
Sofia Kantsiou, a Financial Reporting and Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience in supporting EU-Funded projects as an Accounting Manager. She is actively involved into research activities focusing on innovative education and social entrepreneurship, while she develops training activities that promote the inclusion of Social Economy and Social Innovation within education, facilitating positive changes in teaching and learning processes. She holds a bachelor in Accounting and Finance from University of Macedonia and she is currently studying Social and Solidarity economy in Open Hellenic University
Evie Kouroumichaki
Evie Kouroumichaki is an agronomist and works as a manager in projects focusing on education for environmental sustainability. In particular, Evi coordinates Stimmuli’s participation in the following projects: GreenEduLarp, FoodRescue and SDG Labs. In this framework, Evi has gained experience in conducting research activities, designing training programmes and developing future oriented curricula for developing green skills and triggering behavioral swifts for sustainable development. Simulation role-playing, games, activism tools etc. are some of the methods she uses to engage with educators, trainers, students and the wider community for promoting learning for sustainable growth. She is a member of the governing board of the association “Educational Platform for Social & Solidarity Economy” in Greece. She is also experienced in organizing peer-to-peer learning experiences as well as creative training formats involving techniques towards the reinvention of the human-nature interconnection. Evi holds a bachelor degree in Agronomy; a Master in Social, Economic, and Environmental Sustainability and a second Master degree in Sustainability in Education.
Konstantina Karameri
Konstantina Karameri is a Senior Project Manager and Researcher working on projects focusing on arts and creativity applications in education combined especially with citizenship skills development. Konstantina is coordinating the following projects: arted, Social Radio 2.0, Creatives Academy, SCIL and Refashion4Good projects while monitoring ActGreenStory and GreenEduLARP projects. In this framework, Konstantina has evolved her experience in designing educational programmes for students of primary and secondary education, organizing and conducting training for school educators and creating and editing multimedia material for educational tools, while developing also her research skills. She is an expert in developing cross-disciplinary projects that capitalize on the impact of creativity interventions to reach learning goals and social actions, having also experience in Culture and Creative Sector (CCS) networking and advocacy initiatives. She holds a BA in Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MA “Art, Law and Economy” from the International Hellenic University.
Sophia Vasileiadou
Sophia Vasileiadou is an experienced finance manager. She has a bachelor in Environmental sciences and an MSc in Information and Communication Technologies. She is also a certified trainer in Human Resources Management, in Project Management and Environmental Management. She also has working experience in funded programs for NGOs regarding socially vulnerable groups (homeless, refugees) and in Continuous Education (Unemployed, NEETs). She has worked as teaching staff in Higher Education.
